I'm Beccy. I work with women through the moments in life when something is shifting — when the old way no longer fits and a new one is quietly asking to be lived.
My work is rooted in the Sacred Cycles — the turning of the seasons, the rhythm of the blood, and the great arc of a woman's life. These cycles are not separate from us. They are us. And when we learn to listen to them, everything changes.

What I Offer
I create spaces — online and in person — where women can gather, breathe, and come home to themselves.
My work weaves together ceremony, ritual, and the heart-opening medicine of Ceremonial Cacao. It draws on Ancestral Wisdom and the Natural Cycles of the Earth, and it meets you exactly where you are.
There's nothing to perform here. No version of yourself you need to present.

Free Online Gathering
A free monthly online space to pause, gather, and drink Cacao together.
You arrive in your own home, light a candle, and join me on Zoom. I guide you through a gentle ceremony, a meditation, some journalling, and a quiet share — all at your own pace, camera off if you prefer.
It's a soft place to land. No experience needed, just a willingness to show up.

I source and sell Sacred Cacao for you to use at home — in your own rituals, morning practice, or quiet moments of connection.
The Cacao I offer is ethically sourced and grown from seed to pod with care and intention. I hold it with deep respect for the land it comes from, the people who tend it, and the long tradition of this sacred medicine.

The Hearth
Monthly Membership
The Hearth is an online membership for women who want ongoing support and a community to belong to.
For £15 a month you receive a library of shamanic journeys and meditations, monthly online gatherings, rituals and ceremonies, musings, playlists, and a guided journey into your lineage.
We journey with the cycles of the moon and the seasons.
It's the space I wish I'd had. A place to feel less alone in this kind of work and more rooted in your own life.

Cycle Within the Cycle is a new body of work exploring what it means to live in tune with your own natural cycle — and the wider cycles of the natural world.
